La coherente apuesta de Pagan’s Mind hace que no se salgan de unos cánones que bordan, todas esas reglas que hacen del metal progresivo un género tan adorado: mezclas de estrofas melódicas con otras algo más salvajes, arreglos futuristas a los teclados, movimientos sincopados en las bases rítmicas y unas guitarras virtuosas pero que no empachan al oyente. Combinando los aspectos más técnicos y agresivos del metal con las áreas más épicas de los movimientos melódicos, estos seis músicos consiguen su propósito: crear obras que se mantienen a flote por sí solas, sin necesidad de tenerse que acoger en los sagrados estatutos del prog world para defender su creación.
